The Emerald House was our first vacation rental purchase, located in
the much sought after resort of Windsor Palms.  This property is a 4 bed/3 bath
 with 2 King ensuites and will accommodate up to 8 guests.

This house features two King en suites, one with a garden tub and double sinks.
The king ensuites also feature double pillow top mattresses, 450 thread count sheets and top-of-the-line Croscil comforters for a truly luxurious nights sleep.  The master bedrooms also have 24" cable TVs. Total, the house will accommodate up to eight persons.

The living room features a big screen TV with DVD and VHS players and a small stereo.
The house is decorated with extensive detail to the plant shelves, and window treatments throughout the home.
We are also finishing a themed pirate room in one of the twin rooms as you can see in the photos above. 

Additional luxuries include all cooking and kitchen utensils, and laundry facilities inside the home.
This year we also added a child-friendly game room in the garage which features a card table with family board games, ping pong, electronic darts, and indoor basketball hoop and a putting green.   The pool features a covered lanai with table for 4 and 2 loungers for sun bathing.  We are a short walk to the community clubhouse which features all the amenties pictures here (click here).
